WISD School Board Hosts Student Recognition Ceremony

WEATHERFORD— On Monday, May 8, 2006, the Weatherford ISD Board of Trustees will hold a special ceremony to recognize students for their achievements in academics, athletics, and fine arts.  The ceremony will take place in the Jerry Durant Auditorium at Weatherford High School at 7:00 p.m.  Dr. Deborah Cron, Superintendent, will serve as the master of ceremony.

Twice a year the Board hosts a ceremony recognizing students for their accomplishments on the local district, region, and state level.  This May, nearly 500 students will be honored.
