Lady Roo Soccer Team Advances to Area Playoffs

WEATHERFORD - This week Weatherford High School will play a different kind of "football" under the famous Odessa Friday Night Lights!  After beating Midland Lee Monday night in the Bi-District Championship, the Lady Roo Soccer Team has advanced to the area playoffs. 

The girls won the Bi-District game 3-1.  Goals were scored by Amy Kuykendall assisted by Haley Crandall, Ky Stephens assisted by Amy Kuykendall, and Haley Crandall assisted by Amy Kuykendall.

The next playoff game will take place Friday, March 31 at 7:30 pm against El Paso Eastwood in Odessa Ratliff Stadium.  For more information on the game, please contact the WHS Athletic office at (817) 598-2867.
